Brief:

Black Interiors was appointed during the planning stages to provide the full Design, Specification & Procurement (DSP) service to the property developer client.

​

The client had planning permission for 5 bedrooms each with an Ensuite bathroom. Through the spatial layout and furniture plans stage, the house has 4 of the bedrooms with walk-in dressing room areas which naturally increased the value of the house.

​

The use of neutral colours for the walls, internal doors and bathrooms, allows the property to be attractive to a wider audience of potential buyers, giving them a clean slate to add their own personal touches.

​

Bathroom products and tiles for the project were sourced and supplied directly to the building contractor by Black Interiors.

​

The property was staged to sell by the clients in-house interior designer.
