Private residential full refurbishment.

Rear extension with open plan kitchen & living space.

Utility Room, ground floor shower room, family bathroom and ensuite.

Brief:

​

Black Interiors was appointed during the refurbishment process to consult the client with ideas, assist with decision making and providing quotations from the supplier. The property included a rear extension which captured an open plan kitchen and living area. It was a contemporary space which took into account safety and practicality for a growing family.

The British handmade kitchen was kept light in the colours with a feature island and a removable dining table. The floor supplied by Black Interiors was as per the client’s request of having a dark grey concrete/slate effect. We chose a porcelain tile in a large format for the kitchen and family space.

​

The internal doors were chosen as a warm grey oak to add warmth to the home and engineered wood floor in the hallway leading to other ground floor rooms.

​

The use of textures and 3-dimensional tiles were used in bathroom areas.
